Purchase of tile
When I decided to remodel my bathrooms, I stopped by here, Mari Acevedo showed me what was available! When I saw the tile that looked like wood, I knew this was what I wanted. I did purchase the tile and had it installed! It turned out beautiful. Dahlia Rodriguez helped me when Mari was busy! Both ladies were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! This was done at the Orlando store! Will highly recommend to anyone looking tile or stone!

We have been to Rigo tiles for our whole house as it comes to tiles for the floor and bathrooms. The customer service we received was phenomenal, and Eric customer service was incredible and top notch. He helped us out recently for our bathrooms, was very kind and patient with us the whole process. The prices here were unbeatable, extremely shocked at the amazing deal we got. Will be recommending the rest of my family and friends here to shop. 10/10 customer service!
Awesome service and great prices
I went to Rigo Tile yesterday for my first time and had an awesome experience. Angel was the one that helped me and did the sale, but Eric was there too and helped me as well showing me the difference between some tiles and details about it, even though he knew I wasn’t getting anything else yet. They are both very professional, friendly and very happy to help. They take all their time helping customers without any pressure to buy anything. I got some tiles for my balcony and definitely won’t be going nowhere else next time. I recommend this place 100%. Is very nice when you see people that love what they do and do their job with excellence, and go the extra mile for the customers. Plus they have the best prices in town with a good quality. Thank you Rigo for having that kind of service at your business.
